Abstract

In this article, we present a theoretical-conceptual essay, with the objective of delineating the contours of theoretical development about the historical emergence of the so-called social states. We problematize the historical social differences that cross society in the various transformations promoted by law. It seeks to understand how individuals and institutions can cooperate to overcome the naturalization of social differences in contemporary times. We base our analysis on the scientific production of instruments for monitoring the progress of rights at a global level, as well as instruments for strengthening institutions, and social movements.
