MATERNITY AND THE CHALLENGES OF EBTT TEACHING ACTIVITY IN THE EXECUTION OF TEACHING PROJECTS IN THE TECHNICAL COURSE IN ADVERTISING AT THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF AMAPÁ – IFAP
Abstract
This article aims to promote reflection on teaching activity in the sphere of basic, technical and technological education (EBTT) offered in Brazil and its multiple activities required by current legislation, namely: teaching, research, extension and institutional management, with main focus in the work of women in line with maternity. Based on the discussion of the professorial habitus and the field anchored in the assumptions of Pierre Bourdieu (2009) and other authors who analyze and use their theory as a pillar for these discussions, it is evaluated that in the teaching of vocational and technological education the challenge of transmission of content, since there is a heterogeneity of audiences and levels of education. Resulting in difficulties to perform activities beyond the classroom, such as teaching, research and extension projects at the institution and as a consequence, a delay in the development of the teaching and researcher career.
