Abstract

This article, the result of research, analyzes the concept of the right to life within a normative framework at the national and international level; Observing what is understood in the first place about the notion of life and its connection with various related concepts in legal matters, as well as the various scenarios of these rights related to life in the framework of human rights adhered to the Political Constitution of 1991 through article 93 on the constitutional block. This in order to identify the ontology of the right to life in the Colombian and international framework.
